By accessing or using Mojdex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Mojdex provides:

• Pokemon card collection tracking and organization tools
• Digital binder creation and management
• Master set completion tracking
• AI-powered card scanning and grading
• Marketplace for buying, selling, and trading Pokemon cards
• Price tracking and valuation tools
• Community features and events

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mojdex. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using marketplace features.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Marketplace Terms

4.1 Listings

When creating marketplace listings, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and photos of cards
• Honestly represent card condition and grading
• Price items fairly and in good faith
• Honor all sales commitments
• Ship items promptly after receiving payment

4.2 Transactions

All marketplace transactions are between users. Mojdex:

• Does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of cards
• Is not responsible for shipping or delivery issues
• Does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
• May charge transaction fees (as disclosed)

4.3 Prohibited Items

You may not list:

• Counterfeit or fake cards
• Stolen property
• Items obtained through fraud
• Non-Pokemon TCG items (unless explicitly allowed)

4.4 Fees

Mojdex may charge fees for marketplace transactions, premium features, or grading services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Mojdex Content

All content on Mojdex, including design, logos, and software, is owned by Mojdex or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Pokemon Content

Pokemon, Pokemon cards, and related trademarks are owned by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Mojdex is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokemon Company.

5.3 User Content

By uploading photos or content to Mojdex, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use that content to provide our services. You retain ownership of your content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Scrape, copy, or misuse our data or services
• Attempt to hack or compromise platform security
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the marketplace
• Use bots or automated tools without permission

7. AI Card Scanner

Our AI card scanner is provided for convenience. You acknowledge that:

• AI results may not be 100% accurate
• You should verify card information independently
• AI grading is not a substitute for professional grading
• We are not liable for errors in AI identification

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

Mojdex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience downtime for maintenance or other reasons.

8.2 Card Values

Price data and valuations are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy of pricing information and are not responsible for financial decisions based on our data.

8.3 Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (Pokemon TCG API, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Mojdex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for user-to-user transactions or disputes
• We are not responsible for lost data or collection information

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mojdex harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before going to court.

13. Changes to Terms
